Brecon Beacons – Camping (1)

Date / Time
Date(s) - 3 Aug 2018 until 5 Aug 2018 All Day

Note: This trip is in conjunction with those attending the navigation training. We will all be staying at the same campsite/venue and the group will split depending on their activity

We are heading to the Brecons along with those on the Navigation Course run by Dorian. We will be camping at Priory Mill Campsite (details below).

There are still places left on the Course if anyone else is interested. Please contact Dorian directly if you are interested:

It would be great if anyone else would like to come down for the weekend. Families are welcome and a bonus is that it’s not far to travel.

There will be no planned walks organised but the site is close to a lot of great walks including Pen Y Fan.

The reviews of the campsite are great and it is described as ‘beautiful’ and a ‘perfect location’.  It is a small-scale, low-impact place to camp that is secluded but not remote and is only a ten-minute walk from the Georgian market town of Brecon.  It is also mentioned in the Cool Camping Guide.
