Our annual award evening will be held at ‘The Newbury’, in Bartholomew Street, RG14 5HB. It is a popular venue and has a good reputation.They have a great private function room upstairs which we will be using, with a bar and screen to show photo’s from the past year. The club will be paying for the room hire so we can keep costs down. So I hope you can all come along and join us, and make it a great start to our 25th Anniversary year!
THE MEAL
There is a choice of either a 2 or 3 course meal:
2 courses – £20
3 courses – £25
You don’t need to decide whether you want a 2 or 3 course meal until I send out the menu in the New Year.
It is always a fun evening, so the more the merrier!! However I need confirmation of numbers and a deposit of £10 by Friday, 30th October.
