Starting from The Cottage Inn car park, in Upper Bucklebury village (RG7 6QJ). This is a lovely walk across Bucklebury Meadow and Common towards The Slade and has some beautiful woodlands. The walk is about 3.5 miles but could be extended if anyone would like to do a bit more.
As we have parked at the pub, I am hoping that some of us will have a drink or meal. I’ve checked that this is OK with the landlord. Please let me know by TUESDAY, 12th August if you want to eat at the pub, for pub food it’s not expensive and we can order before we leave.
