Where:
Hawse End Cottage, Portinscale, Keswick, Cumbria, CA12 5UE. Located on the shores of Derwentwater, at the head Borrowdale Valley, in the grounds of Hawse End Centre. The cottage is situated at the foot of Catbell’s.

Cost:
The property sleeps 24 people and based on 15 going will cost approximately £20 per night, obviously less if we have more people (adults only). Food and travel will be extra.
What’s the property like:
It is a traditionally built, stone cottage with a kitchen/diner, and has a separate living room.
Walks:
On Saturday the plan is to do a circular walk up to Cat Bells and on to High Sky, Dale Head and Hindscarth (approx. 12miles). However there are plenty of other options if the weather isn’t too good.
We could even do a repeat of the famous curry evening that Dave organised last year. So not to be missed!
