Tour of Snowdon (taith o amgylch yr Wyddfa), May 25-27
After trying it out on Dartmoor, you may then be ready for the big mountains! Mark will be hosting a 3-day wild-camping tour of Snowdon over the late May bank holiday.
There are places to restock (Llanberis, Beddgelert, Capel, Rhyd ddu, Ogwen) and/or place caches, to keep the load light. Mark did this last year with a pack weight <5Kg, including tent and stove. Start and finish from the same place, which could be Capel, Llanberis, or perhaps the Dulyn bothy (in the Carneddau) Plenty of route options. Each day can be expanded for those who want a bigger challenge. We can also reduce it, by not taking in the Carneddau.
