Arriving on Friday evening 22nd May, we’ll be based at the Bracelands campsite on the river Wye. Prices for pitches vary on tent size and amount of people, so please check the website for charges:

Bookings should be made direct with Bracelands on 01594 837258 – Give them the reference “Newbury Mountain Club†and they’ll try and pitch us all together
From here we’ll have 3 days to explore the various options in this area which include:
- Canoeing on the River Wye (Numbers by April 8 please so I can arrange it)
- Cycling in the Forest of Dean
- Walking
- Caving
- Climbing
