What/where: The BBW is 96 miles long and fits nicely into 8 day walks. Over the next year or 2 I’m planning to complete it over 4 separate weekends. We’ll start in the west otherwise we’d be duplicating other areas being visited in the BB’s this year.
Accommodation: Subject to booking, The YHA at Llanddeusant has limited space and costs £20 per night. Total cost will be about £40 excluding food and transport.
Transport arrangements: Drive to YHA on Friday evening, shuttle vehicles to each daily finish point
Route: Saturday from Llanddeusant YHA to Carreg Cennen Castle via Carreg Yr Ogof (585m), Garreg Las (635m), Foel Fraith (602m) and Carn Pen Rhiw-ddu 13.6 miles; Sunday from Carreg Cennen Castle to Bethlehem via Cilmaenllwyd, Carreglwyd, Y Gaer Fawr (236m) 6.8 miles.
MMM: To be confirmed but about 2,000m
