This is an event run by the Austrian Alpine Club (AACUK) @ Reading
The E4 European Long-Distance Path runs from Spain to Cyprus. Walking its 6600 miles, John encountered a few hills and mountains, some well-known (the Pyrenees), others less so (the Pirin). After some lengthy climbs he found beautiful vistas, cloud filled valleys, mountain-top restaurants, icon filled chapels, snow and quite a lot of Sauerbraten.
