For a bit of fun and navigation practise, we have a night walk that will start/finish at Thatcham Station car park with post walk drinks at the Swan Pub opposite.
Start time is 5.30 pm (to fit with the stopping train service from Newbury) and the walk is a short 5-6 miles across country with a chance to explore the little known Greenham Common bomb dump buried in the middle of the woods. I expect the walk to have finished by 8.00.
