West Ilsley Circular Walk-Saturday, 20th July

I hope you can come along for a circular walk that has options! It can be either a 6/7 mile walk or can be extended to make it 11/12 miles. The walk takes us through West Ilsley village, past the church and then up to Old Street where weather permitting we should be able to see across to Combe Gibbet. We will also see good views of the Ridgeway and the rolling downs. Afterwards we can have a drink at The Harrow which is a typical traditional village pub.
Directions: From the A34 north take the East/West Ilsley exit. Follow the signs to West Ilsley. When you get to the village go past the church on the left and park on the right alongside the long brick wall. The Harrow pub is on the right a little further on where we will meet.
What to bring: packed lunch, drinks, snacks etc.
